Daily Chat time 6:00

I figured if I set a certain time of the day as a universal chat time for any one who wants to talk about Ron Paul they will be more likely to meet someone else randomely at that time. So if you want to keep the chat box in your browser at 6:00 and other people do the same it may be a good time to catch someone. I'll see how that works.
